How it all works.

InsightHQ draws data from Loadrite loader, excavator, haul truck and conveyor belt scale sensors into centralized cloud storage. Only InsightHQ offers a built-in Scheduler to provide the "what, where and when" of your unique workflow.

Data Types:

Production - Tons, TPH, production targets

Product type - Including unprocessed material: shot rock, run-of-mine and surge pile material

Incorrect invoicing - InsightHQ produces summary and detailed reports. These support your customer billing, to reduce error and ensure you are paid for what you sell

Customized Reporting – DYI and transaction reports allow you to keep track of product loaded, customer, truck number, ticket number, etc.

Equipment management for your LOADRITE fitted equipment is located in this application. This includes reports and interactive maps for loaders, conveyors and haul trucks. This application is designed to help optimize equipment performance and availability to increase productivity.

Product
Product management data and report tools are located in this application. Including reports to track material and product movement and managing product totals.

Site
All data related to single or multi-site management is located in this application. This application focuses on comparing data across all three zones of your quarry (pit, processing and loadout) at multiple management levels (operator efficiency, machine utilization, product and material movement) across multiple sites.

Loadout 360
All data related to zone 3 (also referred to as loadout) of the site is located in this application. Loadout 360 connects your loader and scale house to provide data sharing of loadout jobs which result in greater efficiency, improved visibility and higher product sales.

DIY
This application allows you to create custom data tables using your LOADRITE scale data.

Data
Site data management including viewing raw device data, customizing site and scale descriptions, managing Indicator lists and geo-fence settings.
